Compound resin

Compound resin for use with compound resin receiver or compound resin receiver jaws for reating part-specific, form-fitted workpiece supports or forming jaws.

Tensile strength: 300 kg/cm2 Compression strength: 800 kg/cm2

Processing:

• Mix and knead the two different components in ratio 1:1.
• Position / clamp the workpiece into the compound resin.
• The compound resin adjusts to the contours of the workpiece and produces a negative shape of the part.
• Hardens within 3 hours at room temperature. Heat will accelerate the hardening.
