In order to safely clamp workpieces with vacuum, a powerful vacuum unit designed specifically to meet the requirements of the application is needed in addition to the Matrix-Plate. Vacuumunits from Spreitzer complete the Vacuum-Plate clamping system and guarantee maximum flexibility and a high level of safety.

Spreitzer's know-how and many years of experience in vacuum technology ensure that the customer receives the best combination of high-quality components. Spreitzer vacuum units are equipped with an oil-lubricated vacuum pump and a liquids trap which also acts as a vacuum reservoir. Various components for system monitoring and interfaces for integration into the control system of the CNC machining centre guarantee safe operation

Notice

A complete system consists of a vacuum plate and a vacuum aggregate. In addition to the vacuum on/off and fill level monitoring functions, the vacuum unit also has system monitoring. This can be synchronized with the machine control via an integrated vacuum switch via an interface. This means that the machining process can be automatically interrupted if there is a loss of clamping force.
Please note: A narrow or long suction line reduces the pumping speed of the vacuum pump. From a hose length of 2-3m, we therefore recommend using the next larger hose diameter or by using several hoses in connection with a multiple distributor to achieve the necessary cable cross-section.
