Punch grinder
The basic design of the RSG rotary punch grinders corresponds to the concentricity testers. They are used on surface or tool grinding machines. Punches, ejector pins, stop bolts, drawing punches and short step drills can be ground cylindrically or in any shape.
The workpiece is unrolled centerless between three rollers. A concentricity of 0.002 mm is achieved. The robust construction with preloaded roller bearings of the support rollers is designed for a long service life. Variable stops are used to limit the length.
