Grip insert QG

Grip insert for form fit clamping of raw material. The hardened surface of the grip insert deforms the workpiece surface during the clamping process and thus increases the holding force of the clamping location. The applied coating protects the grip insert from premature wear. For use with reversible stepped jaws MZU, MZC (page 163, 174)or custom made clamping jaws. These grip inserts can be mounted instead of the grip insert.
