Best results with workpieces with more than 1100 N/mm2 material strength and sturdy material surface.
Best results with workpieces in mold and die production. 1,5 – 2,0 times higher friction factor or holding force than smooth clamping surfaces.

Scope of delivery

2 Clamping inserts, rough with coating / carbide coating

1 Side

For form fit clamping of high-strength raw material. The hardened and coated surface of the clamping jaws deforms the workpiece surface during the clamping process and thus increases the holding force of the clamping location.

2. Side

For clamping of grinded material. High holding force through increased friction factor. The workpiece surface will not be damaged.
