Permanent magnetic chuck SPRS
Permanent magnetic round chucks type SPRS, with neodym magnetic system and radial pole pitch are used for clamping of rings and discs which are difficult to hold.Especially with large diameters, the radial pole pitch characterises with its higher stiffness and stability.
SPRS circular chucks are especially designed for hard-turning and can be run with a higher rotation speed than other circular chucks.
The magnetic force can be regulated stagelessly; centred grooves, makes the alignment of the work piece easy. In the middle, a through-bore with the diameter C can be introduced, the diameter B isn't magnetical active.
